It’s that time of the year. Yes, we are already in the second half of 2024, and a glamorous lineup of games is waiting to be released this month. Live simulation, sports, RPG, FPG, every gamer has so much to look forward to this month. This month, be ready to burn a hole in your savings and splurge it all wholeheartedly in games.

This month marks the arrival of the best of the best, Kunistu-Gami and The First Descendant, and EA Sports College Football 25. This is an iconic event, as the last football video game came 11 years ago. You can look forward to the new Final Fantasy 14 expansion, Dawntrail, and Zenless Zone Hero. Besides these high-profile games, some good-looking smaller games are also like the Slaycation simulator Dungeons of Hinterberg, which strikes a good balance between dungeon exploration and socializing at a resort set in the Alps, you have the Anger Foot that will let you reboot crime in its ugly face and finally, Flintlock: the siege of dawn, a mix of God of War, Elden Ring and throw some guns into the mix. Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail

Final Fantasy XIV heads towards the tropical island of Yok Tural for a brand-new storyline. Two new playable classes-Pictomancer and Viper- are to debut in Dawntrail. The First Descendant

The first Descendant is a free-to-play, online, co-op, third-person looter-shooter game inspired by games like Destiny 2, Warframe, and The Division. All you have to do is explore the world as you complete the mission by roaming around, finding weapons, and upgrading for challenges as you progress. The game is set on Albion, a planet threatened by a seemingly unstoppable army of invaders. As a Descendant, you'll use your unique abilities and firepower to drive back the Vulgus before they conquer the continent of Ingris.

Zenless Zone Zero

Inspired by Sci-Fi games like Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail, Hoyoverse is headed to the streets next with Zenless Zone Zero. Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess

A new tale of the Kami awaits- Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is a unique Japanese-inspired, single-player Kagura Action Strategy game. It strategically combines swashbuckling combat with tower defense elements. With so much happening in the game with such a unique blend of gameplay styles, this might become one of the biggest game releases in 2024.

EA Sports College Football 25

EA has ended the drought and is finally releasing a new football game. Team builder, Road to Gory, Dynasty modes, and all the other 134 Football Bowl Subdivision programs are included in the game along with several fresh additions, including Road to the College Football Playoff, which reflects the new postseason format.
